Returns

To return inkjet cartridges only, you must ensure that you have enclosed the following details to the FREE POST address below, so that we can identify your order:
(All other products you will need email customer service to discuss return).
  1. Name & address and day time telephone number if poss, so that we can identify your return.

  2. Order reference number found on your confirmation email or reference number at the top of your invoice such as 1921-954-0610.

  3. Brief description of fault. Just a short note will do fine. i.e Doesn't work. Wrong cartridge for my printer etc;

  4. Send to FREEPOST address. Wrap in a plastic bag or something to cover it to avoid ink spills.
